Learn from Raffaele how to make fresh pasta by hand, just like they do in Puglia, from kneading to rolling and cutting. A warm, small-scale workshop where you’ll master the craft and sit down together afterward to enjoy the pasta you’ve made yourself.

An intimate cooking experience on the land of Villa Raffaele. Cook & Create is all about cooking, tasting, and enjoying together, in true Southern Italian style.
Guided by Raffaele, you’ll learn step by step how to make fresh pasta with a traditional sauce. Everything is done by hand, just like it’s been done for generations in the kitchens of Puglia. After the workshop, you’ll sit down together to enjoy the pasta you’ve prepared – with local wine and water included.
