An intimate cooking experience on the land of Villa Raffaele. During Cook & Create, it’s all about cooking, tasting, and enjoying together – in true Southern Italian style.
We begin with a warm welcome, a glass of bubbles, and some small bites. Then Raffaele will guide you step by step in making fresh pasta with a traditional sauce. You’ll learn to work by hand, just like generations have done in the kitchens of Puglia.
